The KSB Medical Group has grown to more than eighty physicians and providers in a multi-specialty practice. The family medicine department includes fifteen providers, including physicians, nurse practitioners and physician assistants. Our family medicine physicians practice full spectrum family medicine, including obstetrics.
We are committed to giving the best care to the community members of Dixon, Lee County and Ogle County. Many specialists are also available at KSB Hospital including cardiology, gastroenterology, neurology, pulmonology, dermatology, ENT, orthopedic surgery, podiatry and oncology. The KSB Medical Group is dedicated to teaching the family medicine residents. The entire hospital, including social workers, therapists and nursing staff, takes part in resident education. The many opportunities for education in the hospital allow the residents to focus on learning things that they are interested in and that they will use in their own practices.
KSB Hospital is an 80-bed acute care hospital that continues to grow and update to meet the needs of the community. The hospital includes a newly remodeled ICU, OB department and emergency department. The radiology department is state of the art, including a new MRI machine and interventional radiology capabilities. Outpatient services include a Wound Care Center, Cardiac Rehabilitation, Pulmonary Rehabilitation, Balance Center and a physical therapy department with many specialized services.
